# 故障排除

> ### 找不到某个设置
>
> 通过 `Win + R → winver` 检查 Windows 版本。使用 Windows 10 或 Windows 11 对应的路径。也可以从“开始”菜单搜索该设置。
>
> ### 设置自动重新开启
>
> Windows 可能会在重启或更新后恢复防护。请在运行程序前再次检查设置。
>
> ### DControl 无法启动
>
> * 确认文件来自 `r2.byster.one`；
> * 以管理员身份运行；
> * 检查第三方杀毒软件是否阻止运行；
> * 不要从未知镜像下载文件。
>
> ### 程序仍提示冲突
>
> 向支持人员提供：
>
> 1. `winver` 显示的 Windows 版本；
> 2. 完整的错误信息；
> 3. 最终检查清单的截图；
> 4. 显示进程列表的任务管理器截图。
>
> 没有支持人员的明确说明，请勿修改其他系统设置。
