# Getting started

Setup takes about **10–15 minutes**. Do not run the program until you complete the final check.

> ⚠️ Some steps temporarily reduce Windows protection. Use a separate game account, avoid unrelated websites, and do not download other files while protection is disabled.

## What you need

* Windows 10 or Windows 11 with current updates;
* a Windows administrator account;
* a stable internet connection;
* a separate game account.

## Check your Windows version

1. Press `Win + R`.
2. Enter `winver`.
3. Press `Enter`.

If a setting has a different name or location, do not choose a similar option at random—open Troubleshooting instead.
